Refund policy
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. Items must be returned in the condition in which you received, unworn and unwashed or will be subject to denial.
Please note tags must be attached - no tags = no refund. We will not accept returns with signs of wear or deodorant stains.
Please note we do not accept any returns with human hair or excessive animal hair covering the garments. We will offer a 50% store credit or will send the items back to you at no charge if the above is found.
To start a return, you can contact us at connect@salterraeboutique.com. Please state your name, order number, and reason for return.
If your return is accepted, we will email you back with confirmation and send you a shipping label. The shipping label needs to be used within 7 business days or the return will be closed. Once we receive your return we offer two options - we can refund your card of original purchase or issue store credit (please note: the cost of your return label ($5.00) will be deducted from your refund).

Rewards
Once rewards points have been applied to a purchase they are non-refundable.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. If beyond 7 days, the item will no longer qualify for return or replacement.
We are not responsible for damages to clothing caused by improper care or handling or incorrect sizing.
The exact colors of merchandise may vary due to photography lenses, indoor/outdoor lighting, and computer monitor resolutions. Clothing patterns may also vary. These situations do not qualify as defects.
